She suffered six long weeks with that dreaded lung disease pneumonia and other lung trouble. Marie was a a bright and lovely girl, she was the sunbeam of the house, it is hard to give her up, how can we live without her. She joined the Methodist Church when nine years old. Marie was a a bright and lovely girl, she was the sunbeam of the house, it is hard to give her up, how can we live without her. She joined the Methodist Church when nine years old. When she was 10 years old she was happily converted and she lived a good Christian life and was ready to do something for the Master. She told us all that she was ready to go, that she had seen Papa and was going to stay with him, and that she wanted to die to be at rest. She suffered sometime until her death, when she called for the hymn book and selected two pieces for them to sing at her funeral. She was a dear child, all who knew her loved her. She was born March 2 1898, she was 14 years, 11 months and five days old. Alseep in Jesus, blessed sleep, From which non ever wakes to week. A loving one from earth is gone, A voice we love is still. A place vacant in our home, That can never be filled. Farewell, Rebecca, farewell Thy dear face we will no more see But we hope that we will see thee In a world that's free from sin.
