Born March 27, 1925, in Emmitsburg, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Helen R. Myers Topper. She was retired from Cambridge Rubber Co. in Taneytown after 37 years service with the company until its closing. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Emmitsburg and a member of the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Interment in the New St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Emmitsburg.
