Wetzel, published in the PDC Quarterly in the Fall of 1992, Vol. 16, No. 3, gives Rebecca's death date as 26 Feb 1791. It states, "Captain Farrow was married three times: first to Miss Rebecca Ward 1753 – 26 Feb 1791. Also in a Sons of the American Revolution application (approved), her death date is listed as "1791". Of course, these are not final proof. Just thought you'd like to know.
