Description	:	Rempt Siemens of Boone Township met death Tuesday when car upset. Back broken by seat. The treacherous automobile claimed another victim Tuesday about noon when Rempt Siemens of Boone township was killed by the overturning of a car. Particulars of the accident seem to be conflicting. Back broken by seat. The treacherous automobile claimed another victim Tuesday about noon when Rempt Siemens of Boone township was killed by the overturning of a car. Particulars of the accident seem to be conflicting. The boy met his fate near the Polmateer school house and the teacher and several others witnessed the accident. Some say he was driving fast, others say he was going slow. Anyway, the car upset and the young man, who was 18 years of age, was pinned under the front seat, the back of the seat being across his back and he lived only a short time, in fact he was dead before assistance enough could be gotten to the scene to lift the car off of him. He was the only occupant of the car, two wheels of which were in the ditch by the roadside and the other half being in the road. The cause of the accident will probably never be known. The parents of the young man are Mr. and Mrs. J. Siemens, well known residents of Boone township, and funeral services will be held at the family home tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock, conducted by Revs. Nagle and Moore. Interment will be at the Holland church in Norway township.
