Description	:	Anton Wilhelm Brueggemann was the son of Friedrich Wilhelm Brueggemann and Theodora Helena Lisette Weyel. The 1920 census lists "Wiliam" as single and living with his widowed mother, Lizzette Bruggemann, at McCook Ward 1, Red Willow, Nebraska. Known as William, he married Lydia E. Noack on 28 January 1912 in Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois. In 1920, William (A. W.), Lydia and family are living in Plum Grove, Pierce, Nebraska, and by 1930 they have located to Fremont, Dodge, Nebraska which is where William and Lydia were residing in 1940, minus the presence of the older children. It is when he is listed as A.W. that differing birth locations were given for his parents. This could be perhaps due to a difference in census respondents. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is a Lillian Brueggemann of East Northport, N.Y who is listed as a sister-in-law at the time of daughter, Lydia Stuenkel's, death, but I am unsure who the brother is that she was married to (I believe Robert). From Lydia Stuenkel's obit: Lydia Nora Stuenkel, 90, of Fremont died Sunday, March 15, 2009, at Fremont Area Medical Center. Lydia Brueggemann was born Jan. 23, 1919, in Osmond, the fourth child of seven born to Rev. William and Lydia (Noack) Brueggemann. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1976, by her father and mother, and by brothers Carl, X Richard, and Robert and sisters Hilda and Ruth. .... with Esther being the only living child at the time of Lydia's death.
