Description	:	Rev. Jones was ordained to the Congregational ministry in 1886 the same year he married Marion Russell of Pembridge, England. They came to America in 1894. After serving at a Welsh church in NYC for several months he came to South Dakota, which was the scene for the larger part of his 30 year ministry. He was pastor successively at Highmore, Cresbard and Myron, Revillo and Oacoma. He was pastor of the Congregational churches at Haynes, Stowers and Petrel, ND from 1914-20.
