Read More	Rhonda Joy Miller, died Friday, June 7, 2013 after a twelve year courageous battle with cancer Rhonda went to be with her loving savior in heaven on June 7, 2013 at Faith Regional Health Services, Norfolk, Nebraska. Rhonda was born August 22, 1955 at the Lutheran Hospital in Norfolk the daughter of Edwin and Dixie (Schacher) Wiedeman. Rhonda was baptized on Oct. 16, 1955 and confirmed on May 4, 1969 in Christ Lutheran Church. She was an original member of the Crimson Cadet Drum and Bugle Corp. She played the saxophone in the school bands and was the Drum Major her senior year at Norfolk (NE.) High School. She graduated from Norfolk (NE.) High School in 1973 and then from Wayne (NE.) State College in 1977 with a teaching degree in Biology. She was employed at Dale Electronics, Nucor, Sherwood Medical and Romans. Her last employment was at Wal-Mart in the Pharmacy Department. She enjoyed meeting the public and having a interaction with the customers. Rhonda and Mark were married on June 7, 1980 at Christ Lutheran Church having spent 33 years together to the loving union three children were born. Rhonda was a member of the Alter Guild, and was active with the senior youth group for many years and went to various locations in the U.S. and Mexico as a chaperon for servant events and youth rallies. She was a substitute teacher at the Norfolk (NE.) Public Schools, the Battle Creek (NE.) Public Schools, Lutheran (NE.) High Northeast and other area schools and also at Sylvan. Her favorite past times were playing softball, camping with her family, bingo and bowling with her friends. The high light each year was going to Las Vegas with her mother. We will miss her happy personality and cheerful smile. Rhonda is survived by: husband, Mark Miller; sons, Jeffrey and Matthew of Norfolk, Nebraska; daughter Amy (Aaron) Heinen; grandchildren Kiley, and twins Camron and Taya of Humphrey, Nebraska; brother Roger (Rhonda) Wiedeman, sister Pamela (John) Van Cleaf of Lincoln, Nebraska; parents Ed and Dixie Wiedeman, Little Sis, Laura Rodgers of Gillette, Woming; special sister in-law Julie Miller, brother and sister in laws, Debra (Dale) Schwartz of Omaha, Nebraska, Dennis (Janet) Miller of Norfolk, Nebraska, Nancy Alexander of Madison, Nebraska, Linda (Bob) Moser of Elgin, Nebraska, Keith (Sue) Miller of Norfolk, Nebraska and Michelle (Jeff) Praeuner of Norfolk, Nebraska and a host of relatives and friends. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Norfolk, Nebraska.
