Mr. Tozier was born in Charleston, the son of Alinzia (sic) Greenleaf and Eliza Parker Tozier, but made his home in Hartland for many years. He was a stone cutter by trade, but for some years was employed as section foreman for the Maine Central Railroad. He was twice married. His first wife was the former Mrs. Roseanna Emerson. Mr. Tozier was born in Charleston, the son of Alinzia (sic) Greenleaf and Eliza Parker Tozier, but made his home in Hartland for many years. He was a stone cutter by trade, but for some years was employed as section foreman for the Maine Central Railroad. He was twice married. His first wife was the former Mrs. Roseanna Emerson. His second wife, the former Mrs. Sarah Burrill, passed away several years ago. He is survived by a daughter by his first marriage, Mrs. Nellie Hooper of Biddeford; a granddaughter, Mrs. Mildred Healey of Loon Lake, N.Y.; a great-grandson, Ralph Pearson, serving with the armed forces in the British Isles; two stepsons, Fred Burrill of Hartland and Freeland Burrill of Manchester, N.H.; and a brother, William Tozier of Dexter. Services will be at the Goforth funeral parlors Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, the Rev. Robert W. Holcomb officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove cemetery.
