Richard was born on July 2, 1911, in Creighton, S.D., to Gustav and Lydia (Heinrich) Eisenbraun. He married Helena Schweigert on November 26, 1933, at Dallas, S.D. They lived on the farm in Creighton, S.D., until 1958, when they left the farm and moved to Custer, S.D. Read More	CASPER, Wyo. - Richard Karl Eisenbraun, 90, of Casper, Wyo., and formerly of Wall, died Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at a hospice home in Casper, Wyo. Richard was born on July 2, 1911, in Creighton, S.D., to Gustav and Lydia (Heinrich) Eisenbraun. He married Helena Schweigert on November 26, 1933, at Dallas, S.D. They lived on the farm in Creighton, S.D., until 1958, when they left the farm and moved to Custer, S.D. He worked at the sawmill in Custer until 1961, and moved to Wall, S.D., and worked at the creamery and the telephone company. He retired in 1987 and moved to Rapid City, S.D. In November of 1999 they moved to Casper, Wyo., due to health reasons. Richard was a Sunday school superintendent and Elder of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Creighton, S.D. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rapid City and Trinity Lutheran in Casper, Wyo. He was baptized July 9, 1911, and confirmed June 27, 1926, at Creighton, S.D. He is survived by four sons, Julius Eisenbraun and wife Christine of Mitchell, Herman Eisenbraun and wife Monica of St. Onge, John Eisenbraun and wife Joanie of Casper, Wyo., and Aaron Eisenbraun and wife Edith of Rapid City; one sister, Helen Eisenbraun of Forest Lake, Minn; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 68 years, Helena, on Apr. 30, 2002; son, Daniel; brother, George; and an infant sister. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2002, at Kirk Chapel of Light in Rapid City, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2002, at Peace Lutheran Church in Rapid City, with the Rev. Robert Bailey officiating. Interment will be at the Wall Cemetery in Wall, S.D. Memorials are to Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Creighton, S.D.
