Description	:	Richard T."Dick" O'Kane,78,of LeMars,died Tuesday,March 9,at his residence,following a lenghty illness.Services will be 10:30a.m.Saturday,at St.Joseph's Catholic Church,in LeMars,with Rev.Patrick O'Kane officiating.Burial in Calvary Cemetery.Dick was born July 17,1925,in Sheldon,the son of James & Lucy(Burns)O'Kane.He grew up on a farm near Hospers,Iowa,and graduated from Sheldon(Iowa)High School.He farmed with his father for a few years prior to his marriage to Lucille McCabe on Dec.27,1948,at St.Patrick's Catholic Chuirch in Sheldon.After their marriage they engage in farming in South Dakota and Iowa before moving to LeMars,Iowa in 1968.He worked then for Wells Blue Bunny as a semi-truck driver.He was one of Blue Bunny's frist...
