Burial was in Greenglade cemetery. Miller's Home for Funerals in Farmington was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Wollam died Sunday, June 12, at 2:35 a.m. in St. Joseph Hospital, Keokuk. He had been in failing health for 2 years. He was born Sept. 1, 1896 in Mt. Sterling, the son of Henry Edgar and Daisy Dean Bowles Wollam. On May 28, 1921 at Bloomfield he married Mabel Carnahan of Cantril. She survives. He was a retire farmer. Mr. Wollam was a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion. Besides his widow, he is survived by five daughters: Mrs. C.J. (Helen) Andrews, Miss Ruth Wollamm, Mrs. Louis (Lois) Polito, all of Rock Island, Ill.; Mrs. Clarence (Shirley) Janeba of Gardena, Calif.; and Mrs. Billy (Annadeen) Perkins of Farmington; and one son, Jerry Wollam, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Clare Muir of Keosauqua, Mrs. Orie Shannan of Mt. Sterling, Mrs. Hayden Brasel of Kewanee, Ill., Mrs. Nellie Verdigan of Boston, Mass; two brothers, Don Wollam of Reno, Nev., Earl Wollam of Mt. Union; and 10 grandchildren.
