She is survived by her husband Jimmy Marcum, two children; Jimmy R. (Jennifer) Marcum, Jr., Marie (Daniel) Pence, grandchildren; Morgan, Andrew, Kaeleigh, Alexander, siblings; Georgia (Clayton) Taylor, Donna Smith, James (Sharon) Settle, William (Henrietta) Settle and Michael Settle. Visitation will be held Monday, October 7 from 5-8 pm at Ogle & Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 5086 College Corner Pike, Oxford, OH 45056. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 8 at 11 am with Rev. John Witt officiating. Rita will be laid to rest in the New London Cemetery.
