Romans, aged 61 died at his home, 106 Twelfth Avenue Northwest this morning at 8 o'clock. Mr. Romans had been in ill health for several years, but the end came after a sinking spell which occurred last Sunday. R.A. Romans came to Aberdeen four years ago from Denison, Iowa, where he had been in the real estate business. He came to Aberdeen as President of the Dakota National Bank but on account of ill health left that position and since then has not engaged in active business, merely looking after his property in and near here. He leaves to survive him, his wife Alice Romans and eight children, some of whom are in Aberdeen and others in Nebraska and Iowa. Short services will be held at the home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock after which the body will be sent to Denison, Iowa. Mrs. Alice Romans, John B. Romans and R.F. Romans will accompany the body to the old home in Iowa, where the funeral services will be held from the Methodist Church in Denison.
