Description	:	Robert "Bob" Allen Condon gained his heavenly home on Dec. 3, 2021, with his wife and family by his side. Bob was born in La Center, Washington, on July 10, 1939, to Merna and Robert Condon. He graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1958 in Vancouver, Washington. Bob is survived by his wife Merilyn of 62 years; three daughters Tammii (Kevin) Carmody, Tina and Tarrie (Trey) Miller; plus eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Read More	Robert "Bob" Allen Condon gained his heavenly home on Dec. 3, 2021, with his wife and family by his side. Bob was born in La Center, Washington, on July 10, 1939, to Merna and Robert Condon. He graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1958 in Vancouver, Washington. Bob is survived by his wife Merilyn of 62 years; three daughters Tammii (Kevin) Carmody, Tina and Tarrie (Trey) Miller; plus eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers Leroy (Irene) Condon and Gary Condon, seven nieces and nephews, and 11 great nieces and nephews. On Jan. 1, 1962, Bob and Merilyn partnered with Harvey and Ruth Johnson, Merilyn's parents, to purchase and manage the well known Steakburger Restaurant on Highway 99 in Vancouver, Washington. They built the Golf-O-Rama in 1963 and over the next 52 years, they owned and operated the HJ Steakburger, and bought and ran seven other businesses in Clark County, Washington and Portland, Oregon. Bob loved serving and giving to the community as the Steakburger hosted many club fundraisers on the golf course and car washes in the parking lot. Bob was a member of the Ridgefield Lions Club in Ridgefield, Washington and a charter member of the Battle Ground Elks in Battle Ground, Washington, as well as a longtime supporter of the Vancouver Blind School in Vancouver, Washington. Bob enjoyed tennis, ballroom dancing, camping and fishing, and also the RV life of traveling all over the United States, making new friends everywhere they went and cruising the world. They traveled to over 30 countries and enjoyed the snowbird time in Arizona at their second home for more than 25 years. His celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at City Harvest Church in Clark County, Washington, where friends and family gathered and shared memories of Bob together.
