Description	:	Robert Thayer, 81, died October 29, 2006, in Camas, Washington. He was born May 21, 1924 in Elma, Washington, where he was raised. He later lived in Longview for many years before moving to Stevenson six years ago. Robert was a lifetime member of the Elma Eagles Lodge and enjoyed spending time with his family. Survivors include his brother, Jerrold Thayer; sisters Janet Woods and Shirley Ann Ellcey; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held later in Elma, Washington.
