Pallbearers were Ken Gray, Rex Humiston, Art Hamm, Rich Shumaker, Brad Griffith, and Dean Mumme. The honorary bearers were Roger Heitmeier, Jack Wheeler, Lon Royer and Harold McElhinney. Pamela Butler provided the organ music. Mr. Bozman was born April 25, 1931 in Morning Sun, the son of Doyle and Marian Bozman. He married Mildred "Millie" Randoll on Oct. 4, 1952, in Morning Sun. He was raised in Morning Sun, Iowa and was a 1949 graduate of Morning Sun High School. He was a Korean conflict Army veteran. He worked for many years at Case Corporation in Burlington, Iowa; retiring in 1988. He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the American Legion Hays Scott Post #112 of Morning Sun, a member of the Morning Sun Lions Club and the Travelin' Tigers Camping Club. He enjoyed traveling, camping, driving the school bus to take students to sporting events, and attending sporting events of his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Carrie Wymore (Chuck) Richardson of Morning Sun and Judy (Sonny) Palmer of Winfield; six grandchildren: Alicia, Missy, Amanda, Kevin, Anthony, and Jessica; two brothers, Roger Bozman of Moline, Ill. and Dick Bozman of Morning Sun; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant daughters and an infant son.
