Bob was born on February 6, 1960 at Cherokee, iowa to Marion & Edith (Leid) Cresap. He attended Cherokee Washington High School. He was married to Barb Petlon and they had five children together. Read More	ROBERT E. “BOB” CRESAP, 60, of Holstein, Iowa, passed away Sunday evening, February 9, 2020 at the Cherokee Regional Medical Center. Bob was born on February 6, 1960 at Cherokee, iowa to Marion & Edith (Leid) Cresap. He attended Cherokee Washington High School. He was married to Barb Petlon and they had five children together. They were later divorced. He was later married to Marilyn Cravens on December 24, 2005 at Louisville, Kentucky. They had lived in Louisville until 2014, when they moved to Holstein, Iowa Bob had been an over the road truck driver most of his life driving from coast to coast. He had driven for several trucking companies over the years and had also owned and operated his own truck until health issues forced him to retire five years ago. Bob enjoyed, hunting and fishing, building models especially trucks, and in recent years, building with legos, playing games on the computer, and aggravating his wife Marilyn. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Marilyn of Holstein, Iowa; five children: William; Brian; Robert; Brent; Brandon “BJ”; two step-children: Sharon “Sherri” and Lee; 13 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Richard Cresap of Omaha, Nebraska; Rena (Randy) Hanke of Evansville, Indiana; aunts and uncles [redacted]; his first wife: Barb Cresap of Cherokee, Iowa; also many cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 14th, at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa. Father Daniel Rupp will officiate. Burial will be in the Nemaha Cemetery at Nemaha, Iowa at a later date. There will be military rites conducted outside the funeral home following the service on Friday. Boothby Funeral Home
