He was born June 24, 1944, at Burlingame, the son of Earl and Thelma Dennison Seastrom. He owned and operated Fina Station and Bob’s Service. He was born June 24, 1944, at Burlingame, the son of Earl and Thelma Dennison Seastrom. He owned and operated Fina Station and Bob’s Service. He worked for Goodyear, Mussatto Motors, and KanBuild Homes as a plumber. He spent his retired years doing what he loved, repairing tractors and mowers. He was a long standing resident of Burlingame. He was a member of Grace Assembly Church. He was a member of the Fairplain Grange. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Thelma Dennison Seastrom. He is survived by a sister, Janet Kay Mason, Alexander City, Ala.; three children, Richard Seastrom, Leavenworth, Leslie R. Walters, Burlingame, and Clifford Seastrom and wife, Michelle, Overland Park; five grandchildren, Austan and Brandi Thetford, Vassar, Les and Mandy Seastrom, Springfield, Mo., Chandra and Jess Walters-Laub, Stockton, Mo., CoraAmanda Elizabeth Marie Seastrom, Buffalo, Mo., and Monty Seastrom, Overland Park; and five great-grandchildren, Kaydence Thetford, Robert Dean Seastrom, Carely Dotty, Brenton Seastrom and Emma Jane Laub. He was cremated. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. April 11 at Burlingame Federated Church, Burlingame. Food will be provided at the church following the memorial service. A private family inurnment will be in Burlingame Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Robert E. Seastrom Memorial, and sent in care of Bank of Burlingame, P.O. Box 5, Burlingame, KS 66413.
