| Description | : | Robert Edgar Cooper,his brothers and father came by train to Chehalis from Harrisonville, MO, in 1879. They then moved to Harmony which was located north of Chehalis. Ed soon traveled over the mountains following an Indian trail to forty acres he had bought from Northern Pacific Railroad at Bremer, where he built a small, split-cedar, two-room house. He married Emma Pearl Casto on December 23, 1897.
