Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, at Riddle Family Funeral Home in St Ignatius. Riddle Family Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the St. Ignatius Senior Citizens Center in his memory. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, at Old Jesuit Father's Barn in St. Ignatius, with the Rev. Robert Edwin Blush was born October 22, 1919, in Hot Springs, Montana, the son of Edwin and May (Butterfield) Blush. He attended school at Ronan and graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1937. He married Irene Edna Schliep on September 16, 1944, in Missoula. They raised their family in the Mission area, where he worked most of his life as a cattle rancher. Survivors include his wife, Irene of St. Ignatius; one daughter, Peggy Jo (David) Freshour of Sheridan, WY; three sons, Kenneth E. (Dana) Blush of Big Arm, Robert A. Blush of Pablo and James H. Blush of St. Ignatius; six grandchildren; one sister, Fillis (Lyle) Green of Yakima, WA; and one brother, William (Ardell) Blush of Oak Harbor, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father and one sister, Della Hull. Riddle Family Funeral Home
