Ramsay died at 3 p. m. in Oconee Memorial Hospital of internal injuries. His pickup truck and one driven by Robert H. Feltman, 33, of Rt. 1, Fair Play, collided as both men drove south on State Highway 59 about 10:45 p.m. Monday, according to State Highway Patrol Cpl. J. E. Robinson. Ramsay was thrown from his 1962 Chevrolet pickup in the crash. The truck traveled 100 yards off the right side of the highway and came to rest in a swampy area, the corporal said. The front and cab of Ramsay's truck, which overturned several times, were heavily damaged. Cpl. Robinson said, while Feltman's truck sustained damage in the right rear fender and tail gate. Feltman, who was not injured, summoned aid following the crash, Cpl. Robinson said. Oconee County Coroner Floyd Owens said he empaneled an inquest jury, but did not set a date for an inquest pending the funeral. Ramsay SENECA - Robert Eugene (Bob) Ramsay, 33, of South Fourth Street Extension, died Thursday at a Seneca hospital where he was being treated for injuries from an automobile accident last Monday. A native of Pickens County, son of Eugene B. Ramsay of Seneca and the late Annie Lucy Henderson Ramsay, he had lived here most of his life, was a member of the Seneca Masonic Lodge and the Seneca Presbyterian Church. He was an electrician for Davis Engineering Co., of Greenville, and was working at Graniteville at the time of death. Surviving in addition to his father are his stepmother, Mrs. Virginia Dixon Ramsay; his wife, Mrs. Ann Hunnicutt Ramsay, one son, Wayne Ramsay; two daughters, Sherril and Dale Ramsay of the home; a brother, Eugene Ramsay III of Seneca; three sisters, Mrs. Haskell Merck of Cateechee, Mrs. Mallory Taffe of Atlanta and Mrs. Doug Knight of Jacksonville, Fla.; two half-sisters; Ann and Linda Ramsay of Seneca; and the maternal grand mother, Mrs. R. C. Henderson of Maysville, Ga. Funeral services will be conducted at Seneca Presbyterian Church at 11 a. m. Saturday by Rev. Cantey Dubose and Rev, Robert Harden. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Donnie Williams, Bud Dean, Bob Landers, Joe Hughes, Maurice Barker, Ralph Entrekin, Ralph Jones and Hollis Hunnicutt. The body is at Brown's Funeral Home in Seneca and will be placed in the church at 10 a. m. Saturday.
