Surviving are a son, Dean of rual Mount Pleasant; five daughters, Mrs. Mike (Teresa) Shelledy, Mount Pleasant, Anna Marie Richmond, Temple, Texas, Mary Hamilton Brown, Oceanside, Calif., Mrs. Joe (Laura) Canterbury and Mrs. Matt (Jennifer) Morrison, both of Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Lola) Juhl, West Point, and Mrs. Willard (Maxine) Herrmuth, Fort Madison; a step-brother, Joseph McGhghy, Argyle; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and a grandchild. His parents were Robert J. and Susie (Comstock) Hamilton. Pallbears were nephews Jesse Juhl, Jerry Juhl, Mike Geers, Neal Herrmuth, Robert Hamilton and Roger Hamilton. Burial was in the Montrose Cemetery. A memorial has been established with the State Conservation Department for Geode State Park. Note: This would be his Grandson Chad Allen Hamilton and a Great-Granddaughter Kacy Grace Nelson Note: This would be one of his daughter's ex husband Donald D Brown
