Bobby is survived by his wife, Tori; his children, Colton (Kara) Heckart of Conroe, TX, Kassandra Heckart and Kinsley Heckart both of Ottumwa and Krista Heckart of Conroe, TX; a grandson to be born in June; and a sister, Toni (Bill) Lennie of Ottumwa. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter, Kelsey Ann Heckart. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Miller and Pastor Mark Eigsti officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Monday with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Memorials may be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX or Hospice serving Davis and Wapello Counties.
