"Bob" Olinger, 89, North Manchester, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.He was born in Liberty Mills, on Dec. 15, 1918, to Lloyd "Bugs" & Bessie (Auker) Olinger, on Dec. 20, 1947, he married D. Elaine Lampe. She died August 16, 1994. He retired from the former Woodcraft Co. at North Manchester where he worked for more than 40 years. He was an Army-Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Surviving are one son, Rick E. Olinger, Warsaw; two daughters, Darlene Staley and Mrs. Tony (Barbara) Parson, both of North Manchester; 15 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren also survive.One son, Ronald L. Olinger, died in 2005. Services are Wednesday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m. at DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p..m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 18. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate and burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester. Memorials may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 113 W.
