Description	:	Robert Lee Martin was born May 29 1875, in Kentucky. At the age of 7 years he moved with his parents to Mahomet,Ill where he resided until 21 years of age. The family then moved to a farm near Rockwell City. June 22 1898, he was united in marriage to Lillian May Dyer. To this union were born two children, both of whom survive. As a young man he was united with the church. Mr. Martin was seriously ill for one week, passing away Apr. 23, 1938 at the home of his daughter in Dexter, Minn. His wife preceded him... Marin of Rockwell City and a daughter, Mrs. Will Douty of Dexter Minn.;four grandchildren;a sister, Mrs. Rosa Stevens of Cherokee and a number of nieces and nephews.
