Description	:	Robert Schmidt was born April 26, 1932, in Ogden, Iowa, the oldest son of Earl and Gladys Schmidt. He lived in Mesa, Arizona for the last 20 years. He died Oct. 19th, 2006 from West Nile virus. He met and married his wife Marilyn Hedblom, in Boone, Iowa and they would have celebrated their 51st anniversary Oct. 30th. Robert proudly served his country in the Korean War. He loved riding quads in the dunes, jet skis in Lake Havasu and riding his bike every day. He was preceded in death by his much loved infant son Robby.
