Description	:	Robert Narcisse Trudeau, 88, of North Sioux City, formerly of Jefferson, S.D., passed away Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, at Holy Spirit Retirement Home in Sioux City. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Peter's Church in Jefferson. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Jefferson. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. today at the church. He graduated from Jefferson High School. He . He married Gloria Jean Clark on Oct. 18, 1949, in Jefferson. Robert worked for more than 33 years at Swift Packing Plant, also while farming, before retiring in 1985. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and North Sioux City VFW. He was a senior vice commander for the American Legion. Robert had many hobbies, some of which included being a rabbit judge at the county fair, gardening, golfing and wood carving. He enjoyed attending Dakota Valley School sporting events. Whether it was football, basketball, volleyball or baseball, he was there supporting the school. Robert had a great sense of humor and was always joking around with friends and family. Survivors include his sons, Tom Trudeau of Greeley, Colo., and Wayne (Lesa) Trudeau of Sioux City; his daughter, Carol Felt of Sioux City; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Elaine Trudeau of Dakota Dunes; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean; sister, Alice Schultz; brother, Cedric Trudeau; half-brother, Armand Allard; and son, Robin Trudeau.
