Robert Cole was born July 23, l926 to Lorenzo D. Cole and Rena (Howard) Cole in rural Academy, South Dakota. He moved with his family to Kansas, and graduated in 1945 from Meriden Rural High School in Meriden, Kansas. In l953 he relocated to Utah to be near his brother and family. He went on to continue his education attending L.D.S. Business College for accounting. He was employed by WJB Enterprise and then Internet Radiator as a bookkeeper until he retired in l999. That year he returned to Platte where he spent the remaining years of his life. Bob will be remembered by family for his kindness and love to others. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Lorenzo and Rena and a brother, Donald and sister-in-law, Joann.
