Robert Ross Mitteis was born at Venus, Nebr., January 9, 1928, and died at his home on April 3, 1929. He had been ill a month previous with measles and had seemingly recovered but complications developed which the little body was unable to withstand and death was due to intestinal trouble. Robert Ross Mitteis was born at Venus, Nebr., January 9, 1928, and died at his home on April 3, 1929. He had been ill a month previous with measles and had seemingly recovered but complications developed which the little body was unable to withstand and death was due to intestinal trouble. Beside his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mitteis, he leaves five brothers, Dale, Otto, Elwood, Lyle and Merle; one sister, Faye. Also two grandmothers, Mrs. Otto Mitteis of Hartington, Nebr., and Mrs. F. Stoltenberg of Fremont, Nebr., who with a host of other relatives and friends mourn his departure. Funeral services were held from the home on Friday, April 5th. Rev. Good of Winnetoon spoke the words of comfort the bereaved ones and the hymns were rendered by L. Herman, W, Strope and Ed. Hoag. The remains were laid to rest in the ?Enterprise cemetery at Venus, Nebr.
