Description	:	Roderick Munro was the son of Thomas Munro and Anne Cameron. Roderick was born in Scotland, and married Annie Masson in January 1868. After moving around for awhile they settled in Inverness. There Roderick was employed in the Gas Works, which proved detrimental to his health. The doctor advised that if he moved to a better climate he might live another seven years. Roderick Munro, with his wife and family, came from Scotland to the Bowden area in 1893. Mary Ann, Katherine and Georgina were triplets born in 1878. Roderick died in 1938 at the ripe old age of 91, still hale and hearty.
