Description	:	Dr. Ronald Keith Terrell, 68, of 427 Ransdell Drive, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002, at his home. A native of Lyman, he was theson of the late Howard Taylor and Mary Hensley Terrell, and husband of Elizabeth Ruff Terrell. A 1956 graduate of Wofford College and a 1964 graduate of the Medical College of South Carolina (now MUSC), he completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Duke University, Durham, N.C., and at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas. Read More	Dr. Ronald Keith Terrell, 68, of 427 Ransdell Drive, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002, at his home. A native of Lyman, he was theson of the late Howard Taylor and Mary Hensley Terrell, and husband of Elizabeth Ruff Terrell. A 1956 graduate of Wofford College and a 1964 graduate of the Medical College of South Carolina (now MUSC), he completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Duke University, Durham, N.C., and at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, Dallas, Texas. Dr. Terrell was in private practice in Anethesiology in Spartanburg. He served two terms as Chief of Staff at Mary Black Memorial Hospital, and was President of Spartanburg County Medical Society. He was Potentate of the Hejaz Shrine Temple, the youngest potentate in North America at that time, in 1974. Dr. Terrell was a member of Spartanburg Masonic Lodge No. 70, was President of the South Atlantic Shrine Association (SASA), and was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Spartanburg. He was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter, Lynne T. Kerr and her husband Robert, of Winston-Salem, N.C.; three sons, Randy Terrell of Fort Worth, Texas, Eddie Terrell and his wife Cricket, of Simpsonville, S.C., and Richard Terrell and his wife Kristin, of Tacoma, Wash.; a sister, Nancy Carlisle, of Cleveland, S.C.; four granddaughters, Lynsey Terrell and Catherine Terrell, both of Simpsonville, Mary Grace Kerr of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Hannah Terrell of Tacoma, Wash.; and two grandsons, Clay Terrell of Simpsonville and Sam Kerr of Winston-Salem, N.C. Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002, at St. John's Lutheran Church, conducted by the Rev. Glenn Englehardt, the Rev. Everette Lineberger and Dr. Charles Bowers. The family will receive friends following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall. Honorary Escort will be members of Spartanburg County Medical Society.
