Born June 1, 1934 in Kokomo, he is the son of the late Frank Gordon and Cora (Rush) Gordon. He was a 1952 graduate of Northwestern High School. Read More	Ronald Lee Galloway, 79, of Kokomo, passed away at 8:16 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at his residence. Born June 1, 1934 in Kokomo, he is the son of the late Frank Gordon and Cora (Rush) Gordon. He was a 1952 graduate of Northwestern High School. On November 13, 1953 in Kokomo, he married Wilma Joan (Kuhns). She preceded him in death on July 1, 2010. He was a self-employed contractor for over 40 years in the Kokomo area. He was a member of St. Lukes United Methodist Church, Howard Lodge #93 F & AM, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, and Murat Temple of Indianapolis. He enjoyed horses, riding motorcycles, traveling, and antique cars. Survivors include one daughter Tamara (Tammy) Galloway of Kokomo; two sons and daughters-in-law Joe and Jane Galloway of Kokomo, Gary and Rita Galloway of Kokomo; grandchildren Tyson (Jodi) Schoolman, Kyle Galloway, Brett Galloway, Amanda (Nathan) Hedrick, Myah Galloway, Briana (Stephen) Smith, Mindy (Greg) Jackson,; great grandchildren Cole Riley, Karsyn Schoolman, Miley Schoolman, Brooklyn Smith, and Liam Smith; also several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two brothers Harry Galloway and Bob Galloway; two sisters Freida Gabriel and Helen Zweedyk. Funeral services will be 1:30 P.M. Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo. Pastor Mitch Norwood will officiate. Burial will follow in Kokomo Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. Friday at the mortuary. Memorials may be directed to the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, with envelopes available at the mortuary.
