Read More	Rosa Augusta Bertha Frank Reiter Thompson 2nd Husband=Walt Thompson OBITUARY- Funeral Home handout Rosa Reiter Thompson was born September 14, 1894 at Lake View, Iowa, to Charles C. and Anna Greve Frank. As a child she attended school in Lake View. On October 8, 1913 she was united in marriage to Frank F. Reiter at Sac City, Iowa. Six children were born to this union, two sons and four daughters. They moved to Terrill, iowa in 1915 where they lived until moving to Spirit Lake in 1928. Her husband Frank Reiter passed away in 1938. She later married Walter Thompson of Spirit Lake in 1941. They resided at Haywards Bay until 1966 at which time Walter passed away. Failing health caused her to enter Hill Top House in Spirit Lake where she passed away February 24, 1975 at teh age of 80. Rose was a member in good standing of the Church Circle and a long time member of the Center Lake Club. She was also a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church adn loved her flower garden and handiwork. When she was able she loved to fish. She is survived by six children, Everett E Reiter of Spirit Lake, (Faith) Mrs Henry Kelson of Spirit Lake, (Beulah) Mrs Art Emerson of Arnolds Park, (Margaret) Mrs Delbert Mitchell of Waterloo, Charles C Reiter of Perry, Iowa. and (Maxine) Mrs. Paul Thorn of Lake Park; three brothers and one sister, Carl, Henry and Earnest Frank, all of Lake View, Iowa, and Anna Meyers of Terrill, Iowa, and four step children, Wilma Rohlf of Tofte, Minn., Opal Wirkhoven and Lavonne Thompson, both of Isle, Minn., and Earl Thompson of Spirit Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, a brother and sister
