She resided in that vicinity until 1903 when she came to Adams County, Iowa, where she has since resided. She was united in marriage to Johann Jakob Spring, July 5, 1906. Two daughters were born to this union, Harriet and Edna. Beside the loved once mentioned, the deceased lady is survived by her aged mother, Mrs. Kathryn Lubbe of Mansfield, Ohio, six sisters and five brothers, namely Mrs. Lena Isaly, Mansfield, Ohio, Mrs. Ida Moser of Homewood, Kansas, Mrs. Clara Loffer of Liller, Oregon, Mrs. John Yoss and Miss Sophia Lubbe of Barnsville, Ohio, Mrs. Peter Putnam of Wheeling, West Virginia, John Henry and Fred Bendel of Monroe County, Ohio, William Lubbe of East Liverpool, Ohio, and Ed Lubbe of Mansfield, Ohio. Mrs. Spring was confirmed in the Evangelical faith at the age of 14 years and remained a member of that church until coming to Iowa, when she transferred her membership to the Presbyterian Church of Mt. Zion. She was a most devoted wife and mother, a faithful and loyal worker in the church. He life was an open book in the community in which she lived. She will be missed by the family, the church and the community. Our loss is heaven's gain. She went to meet her God prepared for the place he has for her. Funeral services for the late Rosina Bendel Spring were held at Mt. Zion Church at 2:00 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon April 7th. The services were conducted by Rev. S. R. Overholser, assisted by Rev.
