Obituary: Batavia News Thursday June 11, 1925 Pg. 3 Col. 3 OBITUARY FRANKLIN Rosie Clark (sic) was born in Schuyler County, Missouri June 3, 1894 (sic), and departed this life, June 7, 1925, aged 31 years and four days. She passed away at the St. Joseph Hospital, Ottumwa, Iowa, where she had been a patient for more than three weeks due to severe burns received while doing her washing. August 1912, she was united in marriage to Humbert Morgan (sic. Henry Humbert Morgan), who passed away while in training camp during the World War. On June 6, 1922, she was again united in marriage to Emery Franklin who with one small daughter not two years old survive her. Rosie leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, father and mother; three sisters, three brothers, also four children, Lloyd, Albert, Imogene and the baby, Hazel Margrette. Funeral services were held at the Des Moines twp. Brethren Church Tuesday afternoon at 2 P.M. Rev. W. N.
