Description	:	Rosalie Corson, 81, of Billings, slipped peacefully home to be with the Lord on Sept. 5, 2013, after suffering a stroke in mid-August. She had friends and family by her side to comfort her during her last days. Read More	Rosalie Corson, 81, of Billings, slipped peacefully home to be with the Lord on Sept. 5, 2013, after suffering a stroke in mid-August. She had friends and family by her side to comfort her during her last days. Lee was delivered by two of her mother's co-nurses in training (Rosalie and Marthell) in their home in Havre on June 9, 1932. Her parents were Libby (Stremcha) Mayer and John Louis Mayer. She had one sibling, Louis Edward. Lee had many fun stories about her growing-up years in Glasgow and Livingston. She was on the drill team for Park County High School. She met and married Marshall Corson on March 1, 1952, in Great Falls, where he served in the Air Force. Lee worked as an OSI Secretary at the base and as a personal secretary for the law firm of Attwood and Malone in Roswell, N.M. In later years, she enjoyed owning and running Copperfield's Bookstore. Lee was preceded in death by her brother Louis; her parents; husband Marshall; uncles Milos, Walt and Dewey; and Aunt Freda. She is survived by three sons, Ross (Paula), Steve (Cheri) all of Billings and Dana (Sandy) of Helena; her sister-in-law Mary Ann and Aunt Margaret. She adored her grandchildren, Angela, Jordan (Caitlin), Nicole (Paul), Michael, Ashley, Edwards, Amana, Stephanie (Joe) and Josh (Brittany). Lee dearly loved her great-grandchildren, Megan, Taylor, Oakley and Mae. Her fifth and sixth, Mason and Paige, are both due the end of October. She was so excited to meet them. Lee was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandma, aunt and friend. She enjoyed travel and long talks on the phone with her sister-in-law Donna Mayer. Also so special to her were her nieces, Gayle (Frank), Sharon (Craig) and nephew Larry (Joyce) and their families. Family and cherished friends were on her heart and mind even during her illness and she asked about you by name. Mom loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus, with all her heart. She loved her family unconditionally and believed the best about each of us. She loved God's creatures and was much appreciated as the family pet-sitter and they loved her back. Towards the end, when words were few, she was asked what she was thinking about. She simply said, "Love." We will miss you, Mom. A viewing will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Ave. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Faith Chapel (north entrance facing Broadwater). Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens following the reception. Memorials in Lee's name may be made to the March of Dimes or charity of one's choice. The family would like to thank the dedicated doctors and nurses at St. Vincent Healthcare and the wonderful folks at RiverStone Hospice Home for their compassion and excellent care.
