Description	:	Rose Marie Halm, 82, of Nebraska City died at home Aug. 25, 2009. She was born Oct. 24, 1926 at Otoe to Albert and Emma (Siemers) Wiebusch. She married Harold Halm on May 15, 1947 at Nebraska City. She is survived by daughter Jane Stroh and husband Timothy of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; grandsons Robert J. Stroh and wife Betty of Wheaton, Ill., and Timothy J. Read More	Rose Marie Halm, 82, of Nebraska City died at home Aug. 25, 2009. She was born Oct. 24, 1926 at Otoe to Albert and Emma (Siemers) Wiebusch. She married Harold Halm on May 15, 1947 at Nebraska City. She is survived by daughter Jane Stroh and husband Timothy of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; grandsons Robert J. Stroh and wife Betty of Wheaton, Ill., and Timothy J. Stroh and wife Stefanie of Hinesville, Ga.; great-grandchildren Mikaela, Nathan, Tristan, Emma, Caitlin, Gloria and Lydia; sister Minnie "Mickey" Schreiner of Nebraska City; sisters-in-law Adeline Wiebusch of Nebraska City, Clara Albers of Minden, and Elda Boardman of Syracuse; brother-in-law, Eldon Halm of Syracuse; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 28, 2006 and brothers Dick and Bob. She lived in Otoe until moving to Nebraska City in 1949. She and her husband owned and operated Joe's Café in Nebraska City for 38 years prior to their retirement in 1989. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary and A.A.R.P. She loved spending time with her family. Graveside funeral services were held on Friday, Aug. 28, at Wyuka Cemetery in Nebraska City with Rev. Marsha Anderson of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating.
