Because of current restrictions due to Covid-19, a private burial will be held at the cemetery. Rosemary was born on May 9, 1925, in Iowa Falls, the daughter of August and Luella (Nolte) Voigt. With the exception of the two years she lived in Sioux City, Rosemary spent her entire life in Iowa Falls. With the exception of the two years she lived in Sioux City, Rosemary spent her entire life in Iowa Falls. She graduated from Iowa Falls High School in the class of 1943 and then attended Ellsworth Community College. On June 17, 1944, Rosemary married Lloyd Rieber in Ackley, Iowa. They were the parents of seven children. Rosemary spent much of her life as a homemaker and bookkeeper for her husband Lloyd's construction business in Iowa Falls. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church and a member of women's circles, American Legion Auxiliary, Womens Christian Association, Parent Teacher Association, a long time member of Iowa Falls Loyal Order of Moose, served on the Care Committee of Scenic Manor for many years, member of Ellsworth Hospital Auxiliary, and local bowling league. She loved gardening, ceramics, playing cards, and painting by numbers. Rosemary is survived by her children Michael "Mick" (Shirley) Rieber of Iowa Falls, Sandy (Chuck) Whitt of Mason City, Mary Jo (Dana) Craig of Davenport, Ron of Iowa Falls, Dave (Lois) Rieber of Iowa Falls, Patti (Dave) Anderson of Johnston, and Tami (Dave) Mottet of Pewaukee, Wisconsin; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Rieber; her parents; and siblings Keith Voigt, LaVerne Voigt, Francis Voigt, and Miriam (Voigt) Off.
