She was preceded in death by her parents, Issac Elvin and Lilly Smith Cox; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dolly and Ray Lyons, Gladys and Roby Smith, Ola and Eddie Howell; two brothers, Estle Cox, Issac Cox; mother and father-in-law, Jonah and Cora Quesenberry; son-in-law, Timothy Thurman; four brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Ernest Quesenberry, Cassell and Delois Quesenberry, Isaiah Quesenberry, Elver Flinchum. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Russell Quesenberry, of Willis; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Jerry Crawford, of Christiansburg; two sons and daughters-in-law, Curtis and Dolores Quesenberry, of Willis, Steve and Kay Quesenberry, of Dublin; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Lettie and Glen Dickerson, of Radford, Madeline and Guy Hogan, of Madison Heights, Ellen and Victor Cox, of Radford; four sisters-in-law, Ester Cox, of Radford, Alma Quesenberry, of Radford, Sylvia Quesenberry, of Galax, Blanche Quesenberry, of Indian Valley; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Chester and Mattie Quesenberry, of Danville, David and Dorothy Stilwell, of Willis; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 2 p.m. at Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church with the Elder Kenneth Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in Big Sand Cemetery, Indian Valley. Friends may call on Tuesday after 1 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home where the family will be from 7 until 9 p.m. Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd is in charge of the arrangements.
