He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Allfree Callison in 1940; his second wife, Olive Tight Callison April 5, 1969; a daughter, Lois, a grandson; a brother; and a sister. Mr. Callison, who originally farmed in the Metz community had been employed by the Maytag Co. for approximately 20 years before being employed by the City of Newton street department.
