Description	:	OAKLAND—Roy Francis Theron Hinebaugh, 69, died yesterday at Baker VA center, Martinsburg, after an extended illness. Born in Oakland, he was a son of the late Alfred and Fannie (Ward) Hinebaugh. Mr. Hinebaugh was active in auto paint and body shops, including the Duco Company in Cumberland. He moved to Oakland upon retirement. He was a member of BPO Elks 63, Cumberland, and St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Oakland. Read More	OAKLAND—Roy Francis Theron Hinebaugh, 69, died yesterday at Baker VA center, Martinsburg, after an extended illness. Born in Oakland, he was a son of the late Alfred and Fannie (Ward) Hinebaugh. Mr. Hinebaugh was active in auto paint and body shops, including the Duco Company in Cumberland. He moved to Oakland upon retirement. He was a member of BPO Elks 63, Cumberland, and St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Oakland. He served in both the Navy and Army in World War I and was assistant band master of the Navy Band while in that service. He was a member of the American Legion Post here. Mr. Hinebaugh was a trumpet player in the old Harrison Isles and Clement Bray orchestras, well-known in the Keyser and Georges Creek area. Surviving are a s siter, Miss Bessie Hinebaugh, Oakland; two brothers, Harry W. Hinebaugh, Oakland, and Walter Hinebaugh, Cumberland, and several nieces and nephews. The body is at the Minnick Funeral Home where friends will be received after 7 p.m. today. A service will be conducted there Saturday at 2 p.m. by Rev.
