Description	:	Royce Alton Green Jr., 80, of Myrtle Beach, SC, and formerly of Andrews, SC, died peacefully June 18, 2015, following a lengthy and challenging illness. Mr. Green was widely known in the area, and took great pleasure in helping those who were down on their luck in life. Many will remember Mr. Green from his association with various amusement companies, and as owner of Sun Fun Amusement Park and Green Coin Machines. Read More	Royce Alton Green Jr., 80, of Myrtle Beach, SC, and formerly of Andrews, SC, died peacefully June 18, 2015, following a lengthy and challenging illness. Mr. Green was widely known in the area, and took great pleasure in helping those who were down on their luck in life. Many will remember Mr. Green from his association with various amusement companies, and as owner of Sun Fun Amusement Park and Green Coin Machines. He had served as president of the South Carolina Coin Operators Association and was a natural leader in the industry. His interest in work, politics, and the welfare of others never waned. Mr. Green enjoyed a large and extended family, with his many grandchildren and great grandsons bringing special joy into his life. The family would especially like to thank his devoted companion, Ms. Georgia Bell Martin, for sharing her love and grace with him and us during his later years. The family is grateful to all who visited "Big Daddy" during the years of his illness, and to those who cared for him at NHC in Murrells Inlet and at Tidelands Hospice in Georgetown. A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 21, in Trinity United Methodist Church in Andrews, SC.
