Description	:	BATTLE CREEK - Funeral services for Ruby E. Zohner, 92, of Battle Creek, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 3, at St. John?s Lutheran Church. The Rev. Michael Awe will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Steffen Mortuary in Battle Creek. Mrs. Zohner died Friday, June 30, 2006, at Community Pride Care Center. Ruby was born on June 28, 1914, at Battle Creek, the daughter of Joseph and Rose Agnes (Reznicek) Finkral. She was baptized on Sept. 10, 1944, in Meadow Grove and confirmed at St. Peters Height's Lutheran Church. She attended Battle Creek Rural District 79. On Sept. 8, 1932, she married John C. Zohner at St. Peter Height Lutheran Church. The couple then farmed south of Battle Creek and lived there until becoming a resident of Community Pride Care Center in January 2002. She is survived by one son, Gene Zohner of Battle Creek; one daughter, Elaine and her husband Phillip Scheurich of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Michelle and her husband Shannon Sullivan of Hoskins, Lynn Scheurich of Norfolk, and Justin Zohner of Norfolk. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1973; two sons, Milan in 1939, and Gary in 1999; four brothers and one sist
