Servies will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Central Christian Church, with burial at Dillavou Cemetery in Greene Co. Mrs Silbaugh, a homemaker, was born in Scranton and moved to Jefferson in 1965. She is survived by three daughters, Leona Silbaugh and Luetta Silbaugh, both of Jefferson and Mary Dobson of Scranton; five grandchildren: and six great-grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home. |
