Description	:	Ruby M. Settle, age 93, of Elkin, passed away, Thursday, July 09, 2009 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Settle was born May 14, 1916 in Surry County to Arch D. & Emma Lou Collins McCoin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Settle; a twin brother, Samuel Ralph McCoin; two other brothers, Russell McCoin and Fred McCoin. Survivors include: Sister, Alice Johnson of State Road; stepson, Tony Settle of Elkin. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 1:30 p.m.... Read More	Ruby M.
