She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce McGill; parents, Adam and Nancy Garner; brother, Adam Garner Jr. She is survived by son Michael McGill of Walland; daughter and son in law, Diana and Dan Phillips of Maryville; son, Ben McGill of Walland; son and daughter in law, Steve and Leesa McGill of Seymour; grandsons, Matthew and Michael McGill; special caregiver, Joyce Long; sister in law, Jean Garner; brother in law and sister in law, Kenneth and Ruth McGill; brother in law and sister in law, Harley and Ruby Clouse; brother in law, and sister in law, Jim and Bobbie Lowe; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks for the special care and compassion shown by the staff of Blount Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Monday October 1, 2012 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia chapel Rev. Kenny Tucker officiating. The graveside and interment service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Ellejoy Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
