Ruby Lynn Madison, daughter of Maude [Melinda Yeager] and Calvin [Matthew] Lynn, was born in Stuart, Oklahoma, March 30, 1926. She lived in Texas and Oklahoma and grew to maturity in California where she attended the public school and Church of Christ. On May 10, 1945 she was united in marriage to Delbert Madison at Reno, Nevada, and they lived in southwest Iowa. To this union four children were born: Mrs. Joyce Newman, Clarinda; Arthur Madison, New Market; Dennis Madison, Roca, Nebraska; and David Madison, New Market. She was a member of H.C. Club. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Calvin. Left to cherish her memory are: her husband Delbert; four children, Joyce and husband Larry, Arthur, Dennis and wife Susan, and David and wife Gloria; five grandchildren: Traci, Jody, and Brian Newman, Sheila Madison and Brandon Madison; five sisters: Mrs. Ellen Nielson of Waco, Texas; Mrs. Lillian Wood, Portersville, Calif.; Mrs. Jessie Dean, Richmond, Calif.; Mrs. Vernie Wood of Manteca, Calif., and Mrs. Ruth Davis of Dallas, Texas. She was kind and considerate to all and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
