Age 90 Ruby was born June 25, 1923 in Windsor, ND to Lloyd and Josephine Willey. She passed away on August 20, 2013 in Silverton, ID. Ruby married Harold Clemens July 1, 1944 in Lebanon, PA. Together they farmed in Ypsilanti, North Dakota, later moving to Mollolla, OR and in 1956 moving to Osburn, ID. Ruby was a member of the American Lutheran Church in Kellogg, ID where she enjoyed many hours quilting with the ladies of the church. She cherished her grandchild (Kris Tomcho) and great-grandchildren Kohl and Paige. She worked for the Wallace School District cooking for the students and teachers for numerous years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold on 1/29/2013, her parents, Lloyd and Josephine Willey, sisters Esther Williams, Josephine Wirrenga, Lorraine Scott and brother LeRoy Willey. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Jacobson of Kellogg, ID, sons Harold Clemens Jr. of Kohlotus, WA and Loren (Penny) Clemens of Osburn, ID, Granddaughter Kristine (Greg) Tomcho of Spokane Valley, WA, Great-grandchildren Kohl and Paige Tomcho, sisters Ruth (Vern) Williams of Fargo, ND, Evelyn (Ed) Steckler of Jamestown, ND, Grace Priebe of Waterloo, Iowa, brothers Donald (Leone) Willey of Jamestown, ND, Ernest (Ruth) Willey of Jamestown, ND, Darwin (Theresa) Willey of Casper, Wyoming and Lloyd (Mavis) Willey of Granger, WA, brothers-in-law, Donald Williams of Lisbon, ND, Bill Scott of Homedale, ID, sister-in-law Dorothy Willey of Fargo, ND along with numerous nieces and nephews.
