Description	:	Russell Cochran Workman age 94 of Pricetown died Wednesday afternoon, December 24, 2008 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. He was born October 31, 1914 in Pricetown, Ohio the son of the late Ora and Flora Cochran Workman. Mr. Workman was a lifelong farmer and had also worked for the Cincinnati Milling Machine Company for a few years and had worked for several years for the Hillsboro Parts Company and the Blackburn Milligan Company as a machinist. Read More	Russell Cochran Workman age 94 of Pricetown died Wednesday afternoon, December 24, 2008 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. He was born October 31, 1914 in Pricetown, Ohio the son of the late Ora and Flora Cochran Workman. Mr. Workman was a lifelong farmer and had also worked for the Cincinnati Milling Machine Company for a few years and had worked for several years for the Hillsboro Parts Company and the Blackburn Milligan Company as a machinist. He was a lifelong member of the Pricetown Church of Christ where he had served for many years as a trustee and deacon. He is survived by one daughter, Sharon (Paul) Chaney of Pricetown, four sons, James (Brenda) Workman of Zanesville, Larry (Sharon) Workman of Goshen, Paul (Carolyn) Workman of Chillicothe and Richard (Bobbi) Workman of Wilmington, nine grandchildren, Jennifer (JJ) Nakayama, Loretta Workman, Erica (Frank) Gonzales, Angela (Brian) Weisz, Becki Workman, Kristi Workman, Rick (Miranda) Workman, Gina Workman, Travis (Denise) Chaney, ten great grandchildren, Caleb, Aletheia, Micah and Victoria Weisz, Kameron and J.T. Watts, Serino Nakayama, Carolina and Maya Gonzales and Evelyn Chaney and one sister, Thelma (John) Gossett of Pricetown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Manker Workman on May 30, 2002, one granddaughter, Sara Workman, one great granddaughter, Sophia Gonzales, a brother Delmas O. Workman and also an infant brother. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30th at the Pricetown Church of Christ. Leo Kuhn and Daryl Mount will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barker Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Pricetown Church of Christ. The body will lie-in-state on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pricetown Church of Christ, 2070 S. R. 131, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. The Davis-Turner Funeral Home is serving the family.
