Description	:	Russell C. "Perky" Moore, 69, a resident of Belington, died at 3:25 p.m. Monday in the emergency room of Memorial General Hospital. He was born June 19, 1914 at Junior, a son of the late Clyde and Lora Rinehart Moore. On April 1, 1938, he married the former Louise Simmons, who survives at Belington. Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, George Moore, Belington; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Arthur, Belington; one brother, Howard Moore, Junior; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Gibson, Baltimore, Md.; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother. Mr. Moore was a retired coal miner and employee of the West Virginia Alcohol and Beverage Control Commission. He was a member of the United Mine Workers of America, Local 1493 and the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 275. Friends will be received after 6 p.m. today at the Stemple Funeral Chapel in Belington where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Meade L. Gutshall and the Rev. John A. Barnes officiating. Interment will follow in the Fraternal Cemetery.
